Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of XPEERX(“the Service”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

1. What the Service is

XPEERX is a non-custodial tool that helps merchants receive cryptocurrency payments. Payments go directly to the wallet address you provide. We do not hold, control, transmit, or have access to your funds at any time. We read public blockchain data to detect and report payments to you.

2. Your responsibilities

  • Your wallet & addresses. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the wallet addresses and xpubs you add. Crypto sent to a wrong or incompatible address may be permanently lost — we cannot recover it.
  • Right network. Payments must be sent on the same chain and currency as the request. Sending on the wrong network is outside our control.
  • Account security. Keep your password safe and enable two-factor authentication. You are responsible for activity under your account.
  • Lawful use. You must comply with all laws that apply to you, including tax, accounting, sanctions, and anti-money-laundering rules in your jurisdiction.

3. Never share secrets

We will never ask for your private key or seed phrase, and you should never enter one. XPEERX only needs public addresses.

4. No financial advice

The Service may display prices and market data for convenience. This is not financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Cryptocurrency values are volatile; you use the information at your own risk.

5. Availability

We work to keep the Service reliable but provide it “as is” without warranties. Blockchain networks and third-party data providers can experience delays or outages outside our control, which may affect when a payment is detected.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, XPEERX is not liable for lost funds resulting from wrong addresses, wrong networks, blockchain behavior, or third-party services, nor for indirect or consequential damages.

7. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law. You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time by emailing support@xpeerx.com.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms; we'll change the effective date above and, for material changes, notify you. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
